6-1. 서비스 초기화 방법

서비스 초기화를 실행하면 모바일 앱과 관리자 웹을 처음 상태로 초기화할 수 있어요.

관리자 웹의 우측 상단 프로필 사진을 클릭하면 서비스 초기화 버튼으로 이동할 수 있어요.

서비스 초기화 버튼을 누르면 모바일 앱과 관리자 웹이 처음 상태로 초기화돼요.

• 초기화는 취소하거나 복구할 수 없으니 신중하게 초기화 버튼을 눌러주세요.

• 초기화가 완료되면 관리자 웹 비밀번호가 임의로 배정되어 새롭게 발급돼요.

• 새 비밀번호는 모바일 오마이앱 ➡︎ 내가 만든 앱 ➡︎ 관리자 웹 초기 로그인 설정에서 확인할 수 있어요.

6-1. Resetting the Service

You can reset the mobile app and web admin to their initial state by executing a service reset.

You can find the service reset button by clicking the profile picture in the upper right corner of the web admin page.

Once you press the Service Reset button, the mobile app and web admin will be reset to their initial state. This means that all progress you have made will be deleted.

You can not cancel a reset, nor restore the data and progress you will lose. Make sure to confirm whether you really want to reset your progress.

Once the reset is complete, a new, random web admin password will be issued.

You can confirm this password on the mobile version of ohmyapp > My App > Web Admin First Time Login Information.
